This patient lost her breast fullness after breast feeding and hoped for fuller breasts with a more feminine shape to her chest. After a Rapid Recovery Breast Augmentation using the Keller Funnel and multi-modality analgesia, she was back to most activities within a few days. She increased from a 32A cup to a 32 full C cup by placing Mentor 300 cc Moderate Plus profile implants.
