After 3 pregnancies, this patient wanted a tighter and better shaped abdomen, as well as an improvement in her breasts. She did not want breast implants but was agreeable to using her own removed fat for a natural breast enhancement. After a Rapid Recovery No-Drain Tummy tuck with flank, love handle, back, and abdominal liposuction, the fat was transferred to her breasts giving a modest yet natural improvement in her breasts which was complemented by her thinner and flatter waist.
