PROCEDURE DETAILS
This patient desired saline implants but wanted the look and feel of a silicone gel-filled implant. By using the IDEAL saline implant, she was able to get a result that resembled that of a gel implant. The implant was placed in a Dual Plane under the muscle with a Keller Funnel using a Rapid Recovery technique so that she was able to resume regular activity with in a few days.
