Microneedling

This revitalizing treatment uses an automated medical device containing multiple fine needles to create tiny controlled puncture wounds in the skin and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. As the newly formed collagen and elastin develop and improve the overall quality of the skin, the skin in the treated area will look smoother and healthier. Microneedling treatments can be used to diminish the appearance of scars and stretch marks, improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and with multiple treatments, correct sun damage and reduce the appearance of dark spots. Multiple microneedling treatments will be necessary in order to achieve optimal skin rejuvenation.

Laser Skin Resurfacing

aFresh® Med Spa and Plastic Surgery offers laser skin resurfacing treatments with both ablative and non-ablative lasers to help patients treat a wider variety of skin concerns. Laser skin resurfacing treatments use controlled laser energy to heat and ablate the upper, superficial layer of the skin. Non-ablative laser skin resurfacing treatments do not remove the upper layer of the skin, but rather heat the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate the production of collagen and regenerate the skin. Laser resurfacing treatments can be used to improve discoloration, correct sun damage, and improve the appearance of mild scarring.

Chemical Peels

We offer a wide variety of chemical peels in varying strengths to help address numerous skin concerns. Chemical peels can be used to improve mild hyperpigmentation and discoloration, correct the effects of sun damage, and lighten dark spots. Chemical peels can also help improve the overall tone and texture of the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Skin Creams

Skin creams like hydroquinone can be used to lighten hyperpigmentation and reduce the appearance of dark spots. Talk with a member of our staff to find out how you can use various skin creams to improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation, sun damage, and dark spots.
