Dr. Kerolus, a board certified head and neck surgeon, is excited to be part of aFresh Med Spa & Plastic Surgery where she can share her passion for facial rejuvenation. Dr. Kerolus’ advanced training in Beverly Hills and female aesthetic eye allows her to offer innovative surgical and nonsurgical treatments for the face and neck. Some of Dr. Kerolus’ favorite cosmetic procedures include facelift, browlift, eyelid procedures (blepharoplasty), nose reshaping (rhinoplasty) and ear reshaping (otoplasty). Dr. Kerolus also is experienced in using fillers, Botox, chemical peels, microneedling and laser resurfacing to help her patients turn back the hands of time.
In addition to her aesthetic practice at aFresh Med Spa & Plastic Surgery, Dr. Kerolus is the Director of the Facial Nerve Center at the University of Illinois at Chicago where she specializes in facial nerve reanimation surgery and conducts research focusing on the development of innovative techniques in facial plastic surgery and global healthcare delivery. Dr. Kerolus has published multiple articles and has participated in several international outreach projects providing surgical care to under-served populations.
