This patient desired smaller and lighter breasts which were causing her back pain and limited her sports activity. She understood that the breasts would not be lifted but as the skin became tighter, the breasts may come up a bit. After treatment with Power-Assisted Liposuction, she was very happy with her new smaller and lighter breasts and just a few very small scars under the breast crease.
