Dr. Kerolus’ advanced training in Beverly Hills and female aesthetic eye allows her to offer innovative surgical and nonsurgical treatments for the face and neck.
Medical Assistant
Mireya is a talented professional! As a certified medical assistant she works alongside our surgeons during procedures and helps prepare our patients for treatments. Mireya is also a skilled laser technician experienced in hair removal, Venus Versa skin tightening procedures, IPL photofacials, micro-needling and more. You will often see her smiling face as she greets you when you stop in or hear her on the phone when she reminds you about your upcoming procedures.

You’ll always see a big smile on Blair’s face as she loves what she does – skin care is her passion! As an esthetician, she wants each of her clients to put their best face forward and she’s here to help you every step of the way. Whether it is a customized facial, chemical peel, dermaplaning, dermafiling, skincare products or something else, Blair will guide you as to how to best achieve your desired goals.
In her spare time, she loves to travel the world and go trail running with her dog, Charlie – an amazing golden retriever.

Marina is a skin care specialist that treats all skin types and conditions. Her specialty includes treatments for acne and anti-aging. Marina is also experienced in hair removal (all skin types), skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, as well as Dermaplaning, Microneedling, and Medical Grade Chemical Peels.
Managing Partner and Patient Care Coordinator
Ellen brings over 25 years of experience and incorporates her managerial skills and knowledge of the aesthetics field to oversee Dr. Gutowski’s and Dr. Kerolus’ practice. Ellen is the point person for patients considering surgical treatments and works closely with our surgeons to ensure each patient receives exceptional care. Ellen is an integral part of our team not only with scheduling procedures but with assisting patients as they make important decisions.
